Courses refer to the Stock Market Training Courses offered for sale on our Website.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Online Courses from Us.
Website refers to the Website.
Website refers to My Site, accessible from https://seasoningtrader.com/
You mean the individual accessing or using the Online Courses, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the online courses, as applicable.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Only Pre-recorded Courses are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met. Webinars and Live Market Training Courses will not be eligible for refund.
REFUND POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to send an email to info@seasoningtrader.com within 7 days of your purchase. If 3 or more than 3 lessons are completed in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In order for the Courses to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:
- Not more than 2 lessons from the courses are completed
- You need to initiate any email for refund with the original Payment Received confirmation email sent to you
